The main use of steel impact stamps is industrial marking of metal products by manual impact
They can also be used as a personal mark of a blacksmith, jeweler, leather or wood worker.
We produce impact stamps from high-alloy tool steel using industrial engraving. The hardness of the striking part after hardening is 58-63 HRC, the hardness of the rear part is 35-42 HRC.
To apply images on stamps, high-precision CNC engraving machines or laser marking machines are used, which makes it possible to produce stamps with very small elements with great accuracy. The engraving depth, in most cases, is 0.3-0.9 mm.
Basically, image elements are made with sharp edges, which makes it easier to make a print.
